We promote and support sustainability within the communities and conduct business in a safe manner through implementation of Integrated Management System and for continual improvement.

We achieve this by:

Ensuring that all employees understand their roles, responsibilities & accountabilities towards meeting Company objectives as well as effectively implementing all policies and procedures ensuring full compliance to legislative requirements, regulations, codes of practice and standards.
Priority of quality in the execution of the works and services, understanding and meeting client requirements, while providing sufficient resources and applying the necessary measures in order to minimize and correct any negative impacts caused on the environment by our activities.
Continual improvement of the Integrated Management System and processes seeking for innovative solutions, sharing of knowledge in order to improve the commitment we have with quality, respect for the environment, prevention of injury and ill health, manage risk and prevention of pollution.

This policy is communicated to all employees and interested parties ensuring commitment to the Integrated Management System and to ensure suitability and provide a framework for establishing the objectives of RMB Ready Mix Concrete are achieved.
This policy shall be reviewed periodically to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate to the Company.
